Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons of AMC's historical drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. Her work in the series won her critical appreciation and the show received six Emmy award nominations in the best supporting actress category. The actress has earned recognition throughout the past two decades for her performances in the legal thriller Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Her most well-known work is her roles as the voice of Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey In Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice was used in animated films such as Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. She began as a fashion model, and was as a model for a few years until she made her TV debut in Undressed. The first time she acted was in the part as a character in Beggars and Choosers. Her part in Firefly is a beloved iconic film which was highly acclaimed by audiences and critics alike, followed. Esquire magazine honoured her with the title of sexiest as well as most attractive American woman of 2010, in their annual poll.
