Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. James is the father of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. Her mother is caucasian while his father was Nigerian. His father is Nigerian, and his mother caucasian American. He completed his studies at Sanderson High School in 2010 and then attended Wake Forest University, where earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015 James became famous when he filmed his debut as a reality show star during The Bachelorette. In 2020, he was chosen to play the role of bachelor in season 25, becoming the only African American male lead which will premiere in 2021. James is the perfect selection for the role since he's rounded tall, large and has great humor. Rachael krkconnell was chosen to play his partner during the season. In the following year, 2021, he was joined with the renowned dancer Arnold for season 30 Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold placed 12th in the contest.
